In March 2024, Blossom Funds was recognized by the United Nations and invited to the Youth ECOSOC(Economic and Social Council) forum. Blossom Funds had the opportunity to advocate critical issues regarding the current structure of microfinance and, specifically, the government’s role in the future of microfinance systems. Through the forum, the founder of Blossom Funds, Anish Chowdhury, met with numerous people, including the head of ECOSOC, Paula Narváez Ojeda. Additionally, while in New York, Blossom Funds met with executives at BRAC  and the Ban Ki-Moon Foundation and is working on future microfinance programs to implement in Sub-Saharan Africa.
